Caregiving and the importance of caring for yourself along the way.

I recently had the privilege of sitting down with Ginny Priz as part of her 10-day video interview series called, “Beauty from the Ashes.”  In this segment, we discuss caregiving.  Specifically, the importance of caring for ourselves in the midst of caring for others.  I hope you will be blessed by the truth found within…that you are loved by God and he wants to tend to your soul, especially when you are hurting.

I pray whatever you might be facing today—caring for a friend in need, grieving a loved one or a relationship or working through a trial of your own—you will remember to take care of yourself along the way.  And never forget, you’re wise, not weak, if you seek help for yourself.
